Privacy Policy
This page explains how hengstrom.se handles messages sent through the contact form. It is written to be clear and practical rather than legalistic.
What data the contact form collects
When you send a message through the contact form, the site stores the email address, subject and message you provide. The form also contains a hidden honeypot field used to reduce spam.
Why the data is stored
The data is stored so I can read and respond to portfolio, work and collaboration inquiries. It is not sold, shared for advertising or used for unrelated marketing.
Where the data is stored
Messages are stored in the portfolio application's database and are visible only in the admin inbox. Technical logs may also contain limited request information needed to keep the site working safely.
How to request deletion
If you want a message removed, contact me through the same email or channel you used and ask for deletion. I will remove the relevant message from the admin inbox as soon as reasonably possible.
Analytics
The site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand page views, traffic sources and important interactions such as contact, CV and project links. Analytics should be configured without collecting unnecessary personal data.
